Dental enamel is durable, but it is not indestructible. As you age, daily wear and tear take their toll and leave behind esthetic problems like chipped, stained, and worn teeth that make you look older than your years.

Cosmetic dentistry offers numerous options, but unfortunately, many older adults feel that the time for a bright, beautiful smile has passed them by. But there is no expiration date on a stunning smile. You deserve to look and feel your best regardless of your age, and cosmetic dentistry can help.

A Solution for Every Problem

Here are some common esthetic problems we face as we age and how we address them:

Problem: Dull or Stained Teeth

You should indulge in the foods and drinks you love, but coffee, red wine, dark tea, dark berries, and tomato sauce leave behind staining and discoloration. Professional teeth whitening treatments can lift the stains and leave you with a bright smile

Problem: Chipped, cracked, or broken teeth

Solution: Dental bonding, veneers, and crowns correct and conceal these issues, and you and your cosmetic dentist can decide which is right for you.

Problem: Uneven spacing, crooked or crowded teeth

Solution: Whether your teeth have relapsed from previous orthodontic treatment or you never had braces at all, you deserve a straighter smile with Invisalign. Treatment with Invisalign was designed with the adult lifestyle in mind because it's comfortable, convenient, and can give you a straighter smile in as little as a year.

Problem: Missing teeth

Solution: Tooth loss can affect anyone, but it’s a particular problem for older adults. A gap in your smile doesn’t look great, but you may also experience discomfort when you eat, speak, and chew. Dental implants, bridges, and full and partial dentures restore function, comfort, and appearance.
